用途和特点：

该系列木屑粉碎机可粉碎各种粗纤维及较大块状物料，如树枝、树皮、植物根茎、木块、生活垃圾及化工废料；

本系列粉碎机采用钢板焊接结构，电动机与粉碎机转子安装在同一底座上，采用皮带传动，转子经动平衡检验，进料口在粉碎机顶部，可与绞龙输送，皮带输送形式的喂料机构相配，锤片为对称排列。本机结构简单，坚固耐用，安全可靠，安装容易，操作维护方便，振动微小，生产率高；

本系列粉碎机属粗粉碎机功能，特点适用于纤维质、高水分物料及脆性物料的粉碎。产量高、耗能低。

Application and features:

1. This series of hammer mills can grind various cube fibers and large block material such as branch, tree bark, plant rhizome, wood block, household waste and chemical waste.

2. Structure of these series products adopts welding thickened steel plates. Mounted on the same heavy-duty base, motor and rotor of mill adopt directly driving by belt. Also rotor has been calibrated and tested through motion balance. It makes rotor run smoothly and be capable of running in opposite direction. The feeding port is on the top of the machine, screw conveyor and belt conveyor feeding mechanism also can be applied. The hammers are symmetrically arrayed. This machine has features of simple structure, durability, easy installation, simple operation, less vibration, and high efficiency.

3. This series of hammer mill is coarse grinding type specially apply to the grinding of material of fibred, high content of moisture, and brittleness. At the same time, they have high capacity, but low energy consumption.
